At the APLAP General Meeting held during the recent APLAP Conference in Tokyo, Japan, delegates appointed the next APLAP Executive Committee.

Vice-President (Asia): Vacant

Vice-President (Pacific): Boniface Supa (National Parliament of the Solomon Islands)

Secretary: Rosemarie Balidoy-Sommer (House of Representatives Legislative Library, Philippines)

Treasurer: Katherine Close (New Zealand Parliamentary Library)

Delegates expressed their thanks to outgoing President, Ms Kazuko Sakata, and to outgoing Treasurer, Dianne Heriot, for her work over many years in various positions on the APLAP Executive Committee.
